By accessing or using DrapeMax websites, applications, forms, product information, sample request workflows, AI preview tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

References to DrapeMax, we, us, and our mean Warps & Wefts USA LLC d/b/a DrapeMax and, where applicable, affiliated Warps & Wefts entities that help provide product, manufacturing, design, customer support, or business services.

These terms apply to DrapeMax websites and pages, including drapemax.com, library.drapemax.com, ai.drapemax.com, related landing pages, sample request pages, newsletter forms, contact forms, the DrapeMax iOS app, the DrapeMax AI preview service, and other online or mobile services that link to these terms.

Additional written terms may apply to specific orders, trade accounts, purchase orders, invoices, quotes, installation services, manufacturing work, dealer programs, or custom projects. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that transaction or project.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

• Do not use the services for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, source code, non-public APIs, or infrastructure.
• Do not interfere with the operation, availability, security, or integrity of the services.
• Do not upload content that infringes another party's rights, violates law, or contains malware or malicious code.
• Do not use automated scraping, extraction, load testing, reverse engineering, or bulk access methods unless we have given prior written permission.

DrapeMax provides information and business workflows related to textile products and window covering products, including curtains, drapery, roman shades, bedding products, shower curtains, fabric materials, sample books, design resources, and related services.

• Product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, patterns, performance details, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Sample requests are subject to review, approval, account eligibility, inventory, shipping availability, and business policies.
• We reserve the right to approve, decline, cancel, limit, or modify sample requests, account access, quotes, or orders.
• Lead times, pricing, shipping, taxes, minimums, and other charges may vary and may be communicated separately.
• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend, disable, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account has been misused, compromised, used in violation of these terms, or used in a way that creates legal, operational, security, or business risk.

DrapeMax AI previews are visual planning and communication tools. They are generated from information you provide, such as room photos, selected fabrics, style selections, and optional notes.

• AI-generated previews are estimates and may not perfectly represent final color, scale, measurements, fabric behavior, lighting, hardware, installation, manufacturing, or finished product results.
• Do not rely on AI previews as final specifications, installation drawings, engineering documents, or production approvals.
• You are responsible for reviewing measurements, product specifications, fabric details, installation conditions, and order information before making a purchase or production decision.
• AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce unexpected output due to image quality, prompt details, service availability, provider limitations, or technical issues.
• We may apply free trial limits, daily limits, monthly limits, total generation limits, account credits, or other usage controls.

You may upload, submit, or provide content such as room photos, fabric selections, project notes, contact information, messages, and support materials. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to allow DrapeMax and its service providers to process it for the services.

You grant DrapeMax a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and use your submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the services.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about inquiries, sample requests, orders, product availability, support, account matters, service notices, and, where permitted, marketing or newsletter communications.

If you opt in to SMS communications or provide a phone number for a business request, you consent to receive SMS messages related to inquiries, sample requests, orders, delivery, product availability, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact info@drapemax.com.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Transactional, security, account, support, or order-related messages may still be sent where allowed by law.

Prices, payment terms, account credits, generation credits, sample charges, shipping, taxes, and other charges may be communicated separately and are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. Any account credits or generation balances are subject to the limits and conditions communicated with the relevant account or purchase.

If a future version of DrapeMax offers purchases through the Apple in-app purchase system, App Store purchase and refund processes may be handled by Apple under the applicable Apple terms.

The services and their content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, product designs, fabric images, page layouts, software, prompts, workflows, generated interface elements, and other materials, are owned by DrapeMax, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use DrapeMax content except as allowed by the services or with our prior written permission.

The services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, AI providers, app stores, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, or practices.

The services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Product information, AI previews, fabric visuals, colors, and measurements may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, image processing, production tolerances, installation conditions, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warps & Wefts USA LLC d/b/a DrapeMax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, interruption, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrapeMax, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date above and may provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the services after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
